No Refunds, No Returns
Due to the nature of our product — a perishable, consumable cream beverage — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and fulfilled.
We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
All purchases are final. We do not issue refunds for any reason once payment has been processed, including change of mind or ordering errors.
We do not accept returned merchandise. Opened or unopened bottles cannot be sent back once the order has left our facility.
Exception: If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review each case individually and work to make it right.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. All 50 states are eligible, subject to local shipping regulations.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons. A signature may be required upon delivery.
